My life metaphor might be a rollercoaster. I was born as Nataliya Sergiyenko in the USSR, which collapsed in the nineties. Then, I got an MA in Sociology and started my career in lecturing, sales, marketing, and advertisement in Ukraine, a country that survived several crises, and a war. I grew as a group facilitator in this emerging economy, where the clients were quick, demanding, and tough. One had to be flexible and creative to work in constantly changing conditions. I got qualifications as a Neurolinguistic Master-Practitioner and a Group Dynamics Professional, certificates in Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Social Panorama. Several largest IT companies hired me as a trainer for their Corporate Leadership Universities.

According to an independent client survey, I was recognized as the best leadership facilitator and soft-skills trainer in Ukraine. Since 2011 I've been serving the global Pharmaceutical, Agricultural, and IT clients of an Austria based international training company on several European markets. I got a certification from the US-based company in Synectics (a group creativity method to generate and implement novel solutions and innovate in business).

Since 2018 I've been living in the US, where I also changed my name and status for Mrs. Nataliya Pereira. As I am passionate about innovations, I continued to study and got certification in Disruptive Innovations at Harvard Business School with my favorite professor Clayton M. Christensen.

In my free time, I love to observe people and nature, riding a bicycle, have my ballet lessons, practice yoga, and watch European movies. O, sure I love to go to the beach, as it's an endless summer in Texas, where I live now.
