Entrepreneur, Harvard MBA graduate, and Business strategist, with experience of working with business leaders across four continents to grow their businesses

I am the founder & CEO of Inspirele (an online educational platform for women who want to start businesses on their own terms), Podcast Host of 100 Diverse Entrepreneurial Stories, MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, and a Strategy Consultant with experience of working in the UK, the USA, Southeast Asia, India, and East Africa.

As a consultant and a startup coach, I have also worked with small business owners and early-stage entrepreneurs to secure funding, plan their milestones, and grow revenues by up to 3x. I have led teams to deliver high-stake projects, and delivered presentations/pitches to top executives on strategic and operational topics.

My mission as an entrepreneur and educator is to help increase diversity in the world in business / entrepreneurship. I grew up in a humble home in Malaysia, surrounded by small business owners (my grandmother, mum, and dad) who took "unique" paths to entrepreneurship. They bootstrapped their companies with very limited resources, and grew their businesses on their own terms. Watching their journeys made me want to become a businesswoman myself against all odds. I got a scholarship to study Economics abroad in the UK, and have continued to learn and practice different business skills over time.

In 2023, I decided to use my Harvard MBA knowledge, work experiences, and coaching certification, to start a platform (Inspirele) to help other women develop the skills they need to launch and grow businesses on their own terms. As part of this, I launched a podcast '100 Diverse Stories', where I interview successful female founders across the globe, who have taken unique paths to starting a business. My goal is to show people there is NO ONE PATH to achieving success. Everyone's journey is different, and everyone interested in starting a business deserves to have the right resources to help create the best experience for themselves.

In pursuing this goal, I have interviewed over 120 female founders, reached subscribers across 20+ countries, and coached aspiring / early stage founders to begin their journeys with confidence and preparation.

I am a big believer in Simplification, Productivity, and Balance as a way of living a full life, and these are principles that I bring forth in my work (courses, templates, tools, coaching classes). I currently live in London with my partner, while shuttling back and forth to meet my family in Malaysia regularly.
