Naomi is a fully qualified MCIPS procurement and commercial professional with over 24 years' experience across the public sector, including central government, the NHS, local government and financial services. She has led and supported complex procurement and commercial programmes for nationally significant projects, including the London 2012 Olympic Build Programme, Transport for London's Congestion Charging programme, the UK Vaccines Taskforce and the Bank of England.
Alongside her procurement career, Naomi specialises in artificial intelligence, AI governance and digital transformation. She has practical experience procuring AI technologies, developing AI governance frameworks, building AI-powered applications, chatbots, voice agents and workflow automations, and advising organisations on the responsible adoption of AI. Her work focuses on helping procurement professionals understand how AI is changing commercial decision-making, supplier management and governance.
Naomi holds an MSc in Data Analytics and Operations Management (Distinction), is Oxford certified in Artificial Intelligence, and is passionate about helping procurement professionals prepare for the next generation of commercial leadership. In 2021, she was part of the Government Commercial Function team recognised for Commercial Excellence, receiving multiple national awards.
