Naomi Findlay is the Principal and Founder of the International Institute of Home Staging, the founder of the Rapid Renovation Formula, and author of the best-selling books Sell Your Property For More Money and Ignite Your Property Mojo. Her research has produced an impressive list of publications.

Naomi produces and speaks at the Australian Home Staging Symposium, and has also presented at the American National Home Staging Summit. Naomi has a long list of international speaking engagements she has presented at. She was voted Top 5 Home Stylists in the World in the US.

Naomi is a nationally renowned expert on making money from property, Naomi creates beautiful, healthy, wealthy spaces for you to focus and thrive in. As well as helping you leverage your property when selling, renting or holding it. Naomi is also a internationally renowned speaker and thought leader on reflective thinking and learning, turning everyday experiences into game changing learning opportunities.

She is a Designer on Channel 10's 2019 series Changing Rooms, as well as being a featured property expert on Australia's largest interiors blog Interiors Addict. Naomi is also a featured industry expert on the dedicated renovating section of Interiors Addict, along with Baz Dubois from The Living Room TV series and Jo Snell from the House Rules series.

Naomi has received teaching excellence awards from the University of Newcastle and the Australian College of Education, and been nominated for a national award with the Australian Teaching and Learning Council. She was also the winner of the Rising Star Ausmumpreneur of the Year in 2018.
