I’m Najmeh Rezaeinik, a Digital and AI Transformation Coach, educator, and consultant.

I help individuals, teams, and growing businesses understand how artificial intelligence can create practical value in their everyday work. My focus is not simply on introducing AI tools. I help learners identify the right use cases, choose tools thoughtfully, improve workflows, evaluate AI outputs, and maintain human judgment where it matters.

My professional background combines information technology, digital operations, content strategy, market research, training, and business consulting. Over the past 19 years, I have worked at the intersection of technology, people, and business needs. This experience has shaped my approach: meaningful transformation does not start with a tool—it starts with understanding the real problem, the people involved, and the outcome that matters.

I have designed and delivered AI-focused learning programs, provided individual coaching, and supported teams and small businesses in using AI for productivity, research, content development, customer communication, and workflow improvement. My teaching is practical, structured, and accessible, especially for professionals without a technical or programming background.

I hold a Master’s degree in IT Management and have continued my studies in digital transformation and artificial intelligence through professional programs, including Digital Transformation at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki.
