About me
My name is Misha Saidov. I'm the Founder of The Institute of Metacognitive Programming (IMCP), a Canadian coaching company.
I was always interested in the world of commerce but did not know I would be running my own business someday. I thought that the best path to success was getting a few degrees in business, a few certificates in coaching and then working 60 hour weeks as a corporate executive in a big-name company. That's pretty much how I spent my twenties and early thirties.
But then I had a strong urge to start writing about business, efficiency, stress and mind management. When I started, I just could not stop. That led to hundreds of articles and a few books I wrote within a very short period of time. People started asking for my advice, and eventually, I opened a coaching and consulting company. Today we employ a few hundred people and conduct around two thousand coaching sessions every month.
We're not just a company. We're a multi-layered philosophy stratum based on a simple and profound idea: bringing people home to their authentic selves.
