Dr. Muhtar Qong experienced various careers/positions including:

4) Tree- height estimation from Polarimetric Radar Images;

5) DEM generation from SAR Interferometry etc.

1) Taught C programming language, Remote Sensing, GIS and satellite image processing (optical and radar images and Multivariate Analysis.

2) Research and extensive experience in Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images (Wrote many image processing algorithms in C/C++ and MATLAB to perform image processing, classification, machine learning, pattern recognition, signal processing and filter designing).

3) Developed supervised and unsupervised image classification algorithms (for this work, won the "Encouragement Prize Award" of Japanese Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing)

4) Published many scientific papers in the international journals including IEEE Transactions in Remote Sensing and Geoscience; IEEE Geoscience and Remote sensing Letters; Elsevier, Remote Sensing of Environment;

5) Attended and presented many research results at International Scientific Conferences.

In the US I have worked for several IT companies as Developer, Sr. Software Engineer, Sr. Developer including System Analyst.

Where I have worked and experienced .NET Framework  (VB, C#, Restful API, Desktop applications, Web Applications, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript, SQL and SQL Server, Visual Studio and many other .NET related knowleges including Azure), Angular, React and many other application development related experiences.

I have extensive experiences in Neural Networks and Machine Learning as well.
