15+ years of experience in Finance and Banking, IT, App DevOps, and 6+ years in Strategic Management and Institutional Projects. Worked since 2006 in two major banks in this city. Led several projects, included but not limited to:

* Physical migration of contact center, and upgrade of its technological infrastructure,

* ERP Implementation for several departments, with adaptation, and training.

* Non-Banking Correspondents.

* New banking products for individuals and corporations.

* Updating and optimization of Interaction Voice Response (IVR) platform.
