Everyone needs to learn the skills to manage fatigue whether due to ill health, lack of sleep, a new baby or working long hours.
I hope to especially help others cope better until they recover from insomnia.
I struggled with Insomnia myself for a year and within that time studied extensively about sleep. I figured out how to recover (I sleep well consistently now) and by the time I had my second child, learned how to cope well with less and broken sleep while still being productive and actually, happy.
My personal passion concerns community outreach and the upliftment of young people. I served as Youth Director at my church for many years and worked with the Warlpiri Youth Development Aboriginal Corporation in Australia.
Professionally, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica and working at a Sport Department for eight (8) years provided an initial foundation.
This eventually led me to do a Masters in Management, majoring in Sport in Australia (UTS) with strong interest is Sport Events, Sports for Development and Peace, Sport Venue and Facilities Management and Sport for Wellness. I have experience teaching Under-grad University students online in Sport Tourism.
