Hi, my name is Anastasiia, and together with Polina, we guide women through mindful movement and body awareness practices.
I come from a background in rhythmic gymnastics, which taught me discipline, precision, and a deep understanding of posture and graceful movement. Polina brings her expertise from aerial gymnastics, where strength, flexibility, and body control are essential.
Our combined experience shaped our unique approach to training, we focus on healthy posture, functional strength, and mindful breathing, helping women reconnect with their bodies without pain or stress.
Our mission is simple: to show that training can be enjoyable, safe, and deeply rewarding. We believe movement is not just about fitness, but also about confidence, balance, and self-connection.
