Dr. Moshe Perl is a clinical psychologist and internationally recognized expert in neurofeedback and EEG. With a background in physics and psychology, he brings both scientific rigor and therapeutic sensitivity to the field.
His career pivot came in the 1990s when, after initial skepticism, he witnessed first-hand the transformative power of neurofeedback for children with ADHD — without the need for medication. That experience launched a 25+ year career in clinical practice, education, and mentorship.
Moshe has worked with thousands of clients and mentored hundreds of clinicians worldwide. Having trained directly with leading figures such as Jay Gunkelman and other pioneers, he has become a trusted translator of complex knowledge, known for making even the most challenging concepts clear, practical, and applicable in clinical settings.
He now dedicates his teaching to pulling back the curtain on neurofeedback and EEG, helping professionals bridge the gap between research, theory, and day-to-day practice. His courses are designed to give practitioners both the confidence and the tools to deepen their clinical work and bring neurofeedback’s full potential to life.
