Dr. R. I. Minu is a Professor in the Department of Computing Technologies at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur. She holds a BE in ECE, an ME and Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University, and completed her Post-Doctoral research in 2023 at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, USA, focusing on Quantum Deep Learning for Image Recognition.

With over 17 years of teaching experience, she is actively involved in the IIT-Bombay e-Yantra robotics initiative and has secured funding from MHRD, IGCAR, TNSCST, SATU, and CSI. She is a lifetime member of IEEE, ISTE, CSI, ACM, and other professional bodies.

Dr. Minu has authored three books and over 50 research papers, with 898 citations, an h-index of 18, and an i10-index of 26. Her research spans AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, IoT, Smart Grid, Edge Computing, Digital Twin, and Computer Vision.
