Mindfully Megan is a Wellness Teacher who values holistic health, mindfulness, and healing. She is a certified yoga/meditation teacher from Practice Yoga Austin. This practice has deepened her perspective on intention and presence, compelling her to always add a layer of observation on top of every experience. Additionally, Megan has spent over 3 years in psychotherapy learning about different mental health and healing modalities to transform her life. Her belief is that health and happiness are naturally intertwined, what goes on inside of us — always manifests on the outside of us. If we are sad, depressed, angry, or unhappy on the inside — our body reflects that negativity as well. If we want to make external changes in our life, the work starts internally. When we identify what is going on inside of us, we can begin to alter the way we see the world around us. Being in therapy has helped her to heal from many hardships she faced as a child. With continuous healing, she has been able to shift from living in memory and operating on auto-pilot to living in absolute freedom and abundance. With all of this accumulated experience and learned education she has made it her mission to spread this way of living with everyone she encounters.
