Miguel Soto Born In Nicaragua, Central America. Citizen of the United States. Honorable discharge, Veteran of the US Army for the Vietnam Era. Studied at the West Coast University, Los Angeles, CA. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Master of Science in Systems Engineering. Worked as an engineer for a few years, then changed to serve as a project manager for over thirty-five years. Retired in 2012, after completing the scheduling and planning of a light rail subway project for LA MetroLink. Became a writer in 2012, dedicated to serving as a mentor for novice, junior, and senior project managers.
