Real Estate is a unique industry. It is a large volume of individual business owners, all directly competing with each other, yet working together. An industry with thousands of options on how to grow and market your business but very little on how to run your actual business. What about the foundation? That part often goes untaught letting agents stumble through their first few years which is the gap my training fills.
