Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa (1987). Specialization diploma (Master’s degree) from the Enrico Mattei Graduate School, Milan (1987-1988).

He attended and passed various courses and seminars at the University of Pisa and other institutions, including courses on spacecraft technology, helicopter technology, foreign trade, and strategic business management.  He received professional assignments from the Department of Energy at the University of Pisa.  He won scholarships for research and improvement activities at the University of Pisa and Aston University - Birmingham (UK).

Professional Experiences: Research activities in the industrial plant sector in collaboration with the Department of Energy at the University of Pisa. Teacher in various professional training courses on topics such as “Mechanical Plants”, “Programming and Production Control” and “Evaluation of Investment Projects”, “Business Economics and Management”, and “Marketing”. Scientific manager, project manager, and administrator of the company C.G.S., s.a.s., a research and consulting company. Previously, contractor at the University “Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies”S.Anna , Pisa. Consultant for an important financial group and - over time - sole administrator or delegate of various group companies, with experiences in various sectors, including engineering, education, scientific research, and business consulting.
