I recently served as a Microsoft AI Subject Matter Expert, where I helped create AI course content designed to make complex technical topics easier to understand and apply. My work has also included building a multi-agent AI emailing system, developing internal AI platforms for companies, and designing AI solutions that connect real business needs with practical automation.

My goal as an instructor is to help learners move beyond theory and start building real AI systems step by step. I focus on making advanced AI topics approachable, especially for students who want to understand how modern AI agents, automation workflows, and cloud-based AI tools can be used in real-world projects.
