I'm a coach, consultant, author, and speaker with 30 years of experience working across industries delivering projects and programs. I have developed and expertise in managing technical professionals and creating teams to deliver projects and meet organizational goals.  My experience has included vast experience working with organizations like Amazon, Apple, Fox Home Team Sports, Columbia University, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Washington Gas and Light as well as a strategic partnership with the National Association of Women in Construction.

I combine my expertise in coaching, business leadership, project and program management, as well as staff and organizational development to help leaders and teams navigate obstacles to achieve personal and professional success. In my coaching and consulting practice, I work with technical and business professionals to help them become more effective business leaders, communicators, relationship-builders, problem-solvers, and people managers.

My approach combines a natural intellectual curiosity (to fully understand the “what” and the “why”), analytical skills (to accelerate development of options and develop a framework for goal attainment), and ability to personally connect with his clients.

I live by the motto “what got here won’t get you there” both personally and professionally.  I am the dad of twins, Jake and Sophie, and the husband of my fellow leadership coach, Deborah.
