Over the years, I have served as lead coach for numerous high engagement business imperatives. I have also led a human resources department as well as learning & development and staffing functions. I have a solid engineering, project management, and analytical background by education and experience, coupled with a strong track record in organizational development, leadership development, talent development, and talent acquisition.
