Mike Fears

Mike Fears has been teaching at universities, colleges, and institutes since 1990. He is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional, and involved in a number of OHS organizations as a volunteer and concerned professional. Mike has assisted in developing Canadian OHS certification examinations, conducted dozens of serious incident investigations, helped organizations through regulatory charges and fines, and has managed the safety programs at large and small organizations. His work experience covers a wide range of industries, including heavy and light manufacturing, chemical and petrochemical, brownfield and greenfield construction, health care institutions, educational institutions, waste management, and transportation.
