People skills is something we never stop learning. I went from a cleaner to manager with no people skills at all. and even though I achieved good results my team didn't like me. And that's where my journey begun - developing people skills so I can motivate my team and create healthy relationships within the workplace. Having to work for someone years later I realized a great need for those skills that can not only improve your working relationships but also be a better friend, partner, companion, networker...
They might sound basic but believe me...it's the simple things we often overlook which are the most important and make a huge difference.
