I’m Melanie, a certified coach, agilist and OKR expert. After many years in the startup and Tech industry, I decided to follow my passion and combine the two things I am most excited about in OKRs for Success: goal setting and coaching.

My OKR approach is versatile and unique: it integrates 10+ years of experience in the online Tech industry with personal coaching and goal realisation. As opposed to many OKR consultants, I have been deep in the OKR trenches myself and know exactly what does and doesn’t work.
