I'm Mauro Alberto, and for more than twenty years I've worked where data protection, security and people meet. In that time I've led international seminars and workshops on privacy and security, delivered qualified training courses on data protection and awareness, and published papers on GDPR and security — always with the same question in mind: how do we make this genuinely understandable to someone who isn't a technician?

My background is both academic and operational: a degree in Computer Science Engineering, a Master's in Information Security and a Master's in Cyber Security, alongside international certifications as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), in hacking and security, and in Project Management and ITIL.

That experience shaped the Cyber Welfare Framework, which underpins my courses. It's a human-centric approach built on three pillars — Skills, Awareness and Secure Behaviour — and five levels of digital maturity, from FL1 (foundational) to FL5 (expert and guide). You move forward one step at a time, at your own pace.

I teach without alarmism and without unnecessary jargon, because I'm convinced that privacy and security are tools of freedom and autonomy — never of control. If you've ever felt that this world wasn't built for you, my courses are designed to prove otherwise.

Sono Mauro Alberto e da oltre vent'anni lavoro nel punto in cui protezione dei dati, sicurezza e persone si incontrano. In questi anni ho condotto seminari e workshop internazionali su privacy e sicurezza, tenuto corsi di formazione qualificati su data protection e consapevolezza e pubblicato articoli su GDPR e sicurezza — sempre con la stessa domanda in testa: come rendere tutto questo davvero comprensibile a chi non è un tecnico?

La mia formazione è insieme accademica e operativa: Ingegneria Informatica, un Master in Information Security e un Master in Cyber Security, affiancati da certificazioni internazionali come Data Protection Officer (DPO), in hacking e sicurezza e in Project Management e ITIL.

Da questa esperienza nasce il Framework Cyber Welfare, che è la base dei miei corsi: un approccio umano-centrico costruito su tre pilastri — Competenze, Consapevolezza e Comportamento Sicuro — e cinque livelli di maturità digitale, da FL1 (base) a FL5 (esperto e guida). Si avanza un passo alla volta, al proprio ritmo.

Insegno senza allarmismi e senza tecnicismi inutili, perché sono convinto che privacy e sicurezza siano strumenti di libertà e autonomia, mai di controllo. Se hai mai pensato che questo mondo non fosse fatto per te, i miei corsi sono pensati per dimostrarti il contrario.
