We created Cybee Mushrooms out of a desire to educate and inspire people about mushrooms, all while supporting important work in the field of mycology. 10% of all profits from Cybee Mushroom sales, whether from our Cybee clothing (check out our Etsy page) or online classes is donated to novel mushroom research. Our first campaign is to contribute to the ongoing research from Washington State University and Fungi Perfecti to save the bees using anti-viral and immune boosting mushrooms and molds to combat the deformed wing virus carried by the varroa mite. The varroa mite, and the deformed wing virus it spreads is the number one threat to bees around the world. The research is continuing and it's promising.
