Matt started off his career in the Restoration Industry in 2012 when he began working for a ServiceMaster in Southern California doing basic demo and contents work. Even after he finished his degree at CSU Channel Islands, he continued to work at ServiceMaster, eventually finding his skillset more suited for the office in 2014.
While in the office he learned the ins-and-outs of the industry, specifically working with insurance companies, mitigation estimating, and project management and documentation.
He now works for Xcelerate Restoration Software in Customer Success. Having been in the contractors’ shoes before, he understands their specific needs and challenges, and uses his experience to come up with solutions and best practices, so the users can get the most out of the software. In his free time he likes exercising his body by playing rugby, exercising his creativity through writing, and spending time with his growing family.
