Masni is a very much sought-after trainer specialising largely in Human Resources, Leadership, Coaching and Customer Services. She is a Certified Coach, Master Performance Coach and a Masters holder in Human Resources Development. She has been in the human resources arena for more than 20 years having served in various industries, such as hospitality, construction, engineering, education and government agencies; and has therefore equipped herself with the skills, competencies and capabilities required by the industry. Her last position before leaving the corporate world was the Group General Manager, Human Resources and Director of Operational Support in a public listed company.

She is very compassionate about leadership development and coaching and how leadership should be linked to the organizational values and objectives. She has developed a coaching model in Malay language called MASNI Model for the purpose of using it in the rural and local community; and for the speakers of Malay Language. She is the founder of KEN HOUSE TRAINING & SERVICES PLT, the only training provider recognized by International Coach Federation (ICF) to conduct dual language (Malay and English) for her programme Certified Improvement & Development Coach.

She was listed for two consecutive years as one of the most inspirational Linkedin icons in Malaysia and was awarded as the one of the Most Talented Coaching Leaders in Malaysia 2019.
