Hi, I’m Marta Mulyar. I have 10 years of professional swimming experience, holding the title of Candidate for Master of Sport and many medals and trophies. I’ve worked as a fitness trainer both offline and online. I developed my own methodology that helped me and dozens of students create their dream body without exhausting workouts or strict diets. My programs combine fitness, yoga, and mindful practices, because real transformation comes from a balance of body and mind. Many people make mistakes that block results – I found a way that is effective, comfortable, and stress-free.
