Marla “No Stress” Hollenquest is a seasoned manufacturing quality leader with over 30 years of experience in consulting, auditing, and training organizations to meet and exceed global business standards, including ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485. She began her career at Ford Motor Company, where her early exposure to quality system consulting sparked a lifelong passion for operational excellence.

In 2017, Marla founded Advantage Quality Professionals, LLC (AQP), a “no stress” consulting, auditing, and training firm serving industries from aerospace to government agencies. Under her leadership, AQP has maintained a 100% client certification success rate. Committed to developing the next generation of quality professionals, she created an accredited internal auditor training program and offers internships and professional development programs that combine classroom learning with hands-on experience.
