I'm a Senior Project and Program(me) Manager with over 20 years experience delivering projects in different industries and countries.
Initially working in the construction industry I moved into IT, starting as a developer and then into project management roles. I've successfully delivered around 200 projects from the very simple through to the most complex & challenged £/$multi-million projects, for venture-funded start-ups through to FTSE100/Fortune500 organisations.
I've worked in many industry sectors as well as education and Government, both as a permanent employee and as a contractor, managing local and remote teams plus a huge range of suppliers. My job roles have included Project / Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Head of IT and Technical Director.
My approach to delivering projects is to keep it as straightforward as possible - 'only create what you need'. Our course materials provide you with step-by-step practical real-world experience, which you can then use to manage your own projects.
