Personal Journey to Healing

Petrina’s path to holistic healing began through a deeply personal experience. When her daughter, at age 12, began struggling with severe anxiety and depression, Petrina sought alternative healing methods after traditional psychiatric treatments led to a suicide attempt. This pivotal moment inspired her to explore natural and holistic approaches to mental wellness. Through extensive research and training in nutrition, meditation, hypnosis, aromatherapy, Reiki, and Chinese medicine, Petrina discovered that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when provided with the right resources and tools. Motivated by this revelation, she founded Heart to Heart to help others navigate their own healing journeys with compassion and empowerment.
