Marjorie Ayen is an instructor from Mauritius. She worked as an educator at secondary level from 2006 to 2022 but experienced workplace bullying. After her resignation in 2022, she underwent training in Bullying Awareness and Prevention and now works as an Anti-Bullying Consultant.

Marjorie is an Associate Member of the Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA)(UK) and a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her highest qualification is a Master of Education (M.Ed.), from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

Marjorie advocates Bullying Awareness and Prevention through eye-opening group training workshops in the workplace, in schools, in NGOs and online. In 2025, she collaborated with the Ministry of Education on a nation-wide School Bullying campaign.

Marjorie has regularly been interviewed by the local media about Bullying Awareness and Prevention.
