Mariza has over 10 years experience in making Buttercream Flowercakes. In 2012 she came second in a National Wedding cake competition and has expanded her knowledge through trial and error by not only running a successful flowercake business but also by hosting many workshops and creating a very successful online course. Mariza is an artist using buttercream as her medium and her techniques and methods have been simplified to the extent that anyone will be able to create beautiful flowercakes regardless of their age or expertise.
