Marissa Myers is a dedicated campus minister and meditation teacher passionate about aiding others in their spiritual growth. With a wealth of knowledge in meditation and contemplation, Marissa has helped others foster a deeper understanding of inner reflection and spiritual connection among undergraduates and spiritual seekers alike. She has also been privileged to teach mediation internationally to vulnerable individuals and refugees. These experiences have been a key driver in enhancing her empathy and passion for helping those in need.
Marissa holds a Master's Degree in Spirituality and is currently training to be a spiritual director. She discovered Teresa of Avila's teachings during her time as a Master's student and was able to study her contemplative methods in-depth. From there, her passion for contemplation was unearthed!
In her free time, you can find Marissa studying herbalism, drinking her homemade teas, and playing the harp.
