My name is María Alejandra Cardozo de la Espriella. I studied Architecture and got a Specialization in Creative Pedagogy. I originally speak Spanish, and my interest in the English language started when I was 6 years old. I have studied English using different methods and as a constant learner, I am always exploring new ways of teaching and learning. With 4 years of teaching experience across English levels (A2-B2), I've helped students develop strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. I have also worked as a customer service representative for almost three years, during that time I talked to around 6000 people all over the world with a language in common: English. All of them with different accents, backgrounds, and cultures. That experience taught me how important it is to improve everyday English skills for work to communicate clearly and effectively and also, how important empathy is. I'm truly interested in helping people to use their English in different contexts and make it a daily habit. I see myself as more than a teacher; a person who encourages curiosity in learning.
