Hi, my name is Mike. I am a mindfulness and stress reduction teacher in Belgium. At my daily work as a massage therapist I see a lot of stress in peoples lives. That is why I am loving my job, to reduce the stress level of my clients body. But, stress is not only effecting the body but also the mind. My courses are about a lot of different topics. Like photography, mindfulness, meditation, massage.
An important thing about my plan of making courses is by making the courses as simple as possible. Because I know that learning is a step by step method that takes time and effort.
