My name is Mahmoud Shoaib, Egyptian nationality.
I graduate from faculty of medicine, Tanta University in 2010.
I have got MSc degree n 2015 (thesis title: Endovascular Management of Cerebral AVMs).
I am recognized as a specialist of neurosurgery by the Egyptian Medical Syndiacte since 2018.
Also, i have got first part of MRCS in 2019, EUROSPINE Diploma in 2021, EXMINT Diploma in 2021 & European Diploma in Neuro-Intervention (EDNI) in 2022.
I am working as an assistant lecturer of neurosurgery in Tanta University & Tanta University Hospitals in which i initiated the the neurosurgical house officers training (NHOT) program.
I have more than 9 years of experience in neurosurgery. I have special interest in Trauma & emergency, endovascular neurosurgery & spine surgery.
I am a member of many scientific societies including AOSpine, EANS, EUROSPINE, ESMINT & AANS.
I have a YouTube channel (Mahmoud Shoaib) with more than 30 lectures on neurosurgery & a Facebook page (Neurolab) with tens of posts supporting evidence-based neurosurgical practice including summaries, algorithms & guidelines.
