I am Civil Engineer graduated with BSC in 1987, working in Construction Field since 1987 , and in DUBAI, UAE since 1989,  I have   Certified 2005 in ACI  Concrete , attended a lot of courses in difference Contractual / Technical material such as FIDIC 1999, Post tension Slabs, along with master of Engineering material of  Construction Management  (Helwan University, Egypt) including FIDIC 1999, Claims & Disputes.
