Magnus Oxenwaldt is VP Group AI at Columbus. He runs the company's AI Centre of Excellence and its AI-first strategy programme, in which Columbus runs AI in its own operations first, as its own Customer Zero, before the same work reaches a client.

He is the author of two books on what it takes for an organisation to get real value from AI: AI Don't Fix Stupidity: Transforming Your Business into an AI-First Operation, and AI Don't Make You Smarter: The Partnership Does. This course teaches the first book as a working method, with one case company followed from start to finish and exercises you can run on your own organisation.

Magnus has held the jobs he now advises. He started coding as a boy and has since worked as an IT manager, sales director, COO, CTO for eight years and Chief Commercial Officer for five, before moving into executive consulting and enterprise architecture in 2017. He holds a master's degree in marketing economics. Today he works with Nordic enterprises in manufacturing, retail, food and shipping.

He teaches this because most AI programmes fail in the same few places, and those places can be seen in advance. The course is built to help you find them in your own organisation before you reach them.
