I had been teaching science to school children for more than 20 years. As I am very fond of computers, I took voluntary retirement form my job in 2009, then learned computer hardware and became a technician and engaged in troubleshooting and repairing both desktops and laptops for the last several years. Regarding my educational qualifications,  I hold a bachelors  degree in science and a bachelors degree in education. As an expert in computer hardware, and an experienced teacher, I can teach you how to troubleshoot and repair computers.
