I’m Madhu, a Certified Wellness and Spiritual Life Coach, committed to reaching out to people and helping them balance professional success with personal health and happiness. I believe this intricate process starts with embracing your uniqueness, respecting your body and mind, and creating a sense of balance so that you can grow and thrive.
From this understanding, a new search began, as I embraced new tools and skills to understand and connect with people more intrinsically. As a CertifiedCognitive Behavior and Spiritual Life Coach, as well as a Certified Happiness Coach from the U.S., I invest my time, energy, and insight with corporate houses, government bodies, and individuals—both personally and virtually—to enable them to discover their own strengths, talents, beliefs, and gifts.
My passion for leading a positive life inspired me to conceptualize and curate the Inner Wellness Programs, which give people a chance to move toward a happy and contented life, free from conflicts, judgments, and struggles.
My book, The Daily Pause – A Meditation Diary for Busy Lives, was recently launched by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Nayab Singh Saini, marking a meaningful milestone in my mission to bring mindfulness into everyday living.
