Ms. Mabol Mei Zhong, the founder of Discover Cha, is not only a tea expert and avid writer but also a trailblazer in bridging the gap between Eastern and Western tea and wine cultures. With a background in tea science spanning both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her work. As an industrial consultant for postgraduates at Huazhong Agriculture University and a cultural ambassador for the UNESCO Heritage site of Jingmai Mountains, Ms. Zhong has played a significant role in promoting the rich cultural heritage of tea.

Having honed her skills through work with prestigious tea companies, Ms. Zhong has channeled her passion for tea training into meaningful endeavors. Since 2015, she has delved into the world of French wine, embarking on a project to foster cultural understanding and exchange between pu'er tea and French wine. This commitment to cross-cultural dialogue is further highlighted by her recent accomplishment of publishing her first novel, showcasing her creativity and dedication to storytelling in addition to her expertise in the world of tea and wine.
