Dr. Michael J. McFarland, PE, BCEE is a recognized international expert in public health and environmental sustainability. Dr. McFarland is a widely published licensed professional engineer and university research professor. In addition to his service on numerous international and national scientific advisory committees, Dr. McFarland is a member of the United States (US) Environmental Protection Agency’s Science Advisory Board and serves as a diplomat in the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
