Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken is a transdisciplinary researcher, author, inventor, educator, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience developing knowledge and practical methodologies at the intersection of human potential, competence development, technology, entrepreneurship, consciousness, and economic transformation.

Since the late 1980s, he has developed an evolving body of research and educational work under the Matrix-Q framework. His work explores how human potential can be developed into practical competence, how competence can become an asset, and how human assets can create new opportunities for entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity, and ownership.

He is the founder and originating researcher behind the Matrix-Q Research Institute and the creator of the Complete Human Gymnasium, a learning ecosystem focused on training the capabilities that make us human.
