My own journey started after burning out in a high-pressure job. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I found my way back to feeling good—and that experience inspired me to retrain and support others on their health journeys.
I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, helping them build sustainable habits that fit into their unique lifestyles. My approach is realistic, science-backed, and grounded in the belief that small, thoughtful changes can make a big difference.
When I’m not writing or supporting clients, I love spending time outdoors, travelling, and experimenting with wholesome recipes. Life is all about balance, and I’m passionate about helping others find theirs.
