As a native Khmer speaker, I have a deep love and appreciation for my language and culture. Growing up surrounded by the sounds of Khmer, I have a natural fluency and understanding of the language that allows me to communicate effectively and authentically.

I was inspired to become a Khmer language teacher because I wanted to share my love for the language and culture with others. Teaching allows me to not only pass on my knowledge, but also to learn and grow alongside my students. It has deepened my own appreciation for my culture as I see how much value and significance the language holds for those who are learning it.
