Liz Connolly founded Trifecta, the nation's largest organic meal delivery company. Trifecta did half a billion dollars in sales under her leadership. At Trifecta, she had a passion for developing the team and mentoring fellow founders. She's doubling down on that passion and recently started a company to help folks level up. At her new company, Katsu, her vision is to drive growth and eliminate bottlenecks with interactive education made for CEOs. Katsu will incorporate AI in these programs to increase engagement through gamification, interactive learning, and ensuring the users are up on the latest technology.
Why Take My Courses
Business development has always been at the heart of what I do. I’ve turned failing sales teams, ones barely answering 20% of inbound calls and struggling to meet quotas, into high performing groups that answered 95% of calls and consistently smashed their goals.
I’ve trained teams on everything from mastering the sales process and Salesforce to collaborating effectively with other departments like marketing, ops, and engineering. Whether it’s roleplaying to sharpen skills or diving deep into product knowledge, I love breaking down complex concepts into something actionable and results driven.
From software to hard goods, I’ve sold it all. I’ve also built and nurtured countless partnerships, mentoring others on how to do the same. Business development isn’t just about closing deals, it's about building relationships, solving problems, and creating lasting value.
Why I Love What I Do
There’s nothing better than seeing people grow and succeed, whether that’s a team member hitting their first quota or a business thriving because of a new partnership. I’ve been lucky to learn so much throughout my journey, and now I’m excited to share those lessons with you.
Thank you for being here and giving me the chance to be part of your growth, I can’t wait to see where this journey takes you!
