The instructor is a lecturer in Management Department, BINUS Online Learning, Bina Nusantara University. Her expertise is in strategic management, change management, managing innovation and business sustainability. She graduated Master Degree from Bina Nusantara University majoring in Information Systems Management. Currently, she is taking Doctoral Program in Trisakti University majoring in Service Management that she experienced for 15 years in the service and hospitality industry.
