Lee is an Agile Coach who has led many Agile transformations and worked with many teams.

Lee holds PSM1, PSM2, CSM, A-CSM, PSPO1, ICP-ACC, SPS, AGILEPM, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe Agilist and more, so is well versed in Agile practices.

Lee spent 13 years in the British Army developing his coaching and mentoring abilities, gaining experience training soldiers in a variety of skills. He designed and led learning and development programmes and initiatives across multiple disciplines, often in challenging environments.

Now works as an Agile Coach working with some of the most successful organisations in the world, to the smallest start up. Lee prides himself on taking individual, teams and organisations on a journey of discovery.
