About me
My name is Lee Khoza, and food has always been my passion — from cooking and baking to sharing meals, capturing their beauty, and most importantly, teaching others how to create them.
I trained in Johannesburg, South Africa, through the Hospitality Industry Training Board (HITB) in partnership with the Carlton Hotel, where I earned my industry qualification as a Chef de Partie. This experience gave me both technical expertise and a deep appreciation for the art of hospitality within South Africa’s vibrant culinary culture.
