With over 30 years of experience in teaching, teacher training, and learning design, I bring a deep understanding of education across diverse contexts and cultures. I hold a Master of Professional Studies in Teaching and Learning, along with DELTA and CELTA qualifications. My career has included managing an EFL school, designing and delivering teacher development programs, and working extensively within tertiary institutions in New Zealand for the past two decades.
I have taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in England, New Zealand, and Indonesia, and my work has spanned curriculum development, instructional design, and the mentoring of new and experienced teachers alike. My approach is grounded in practical methodology, reflective practice, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
